Cozy & Stylish One-Bedroom Apartment Near Downtown Moncton

I was in town for my wedding and had a very chaotic stay. Positive: The unit itself was nice, in terms of the location near the CBD it was pretty close. See below for reason for low score. Negative: on the first night while in the parking lot a homeless lady walked by screaming at us. She through an empty glass bottle at us. When we went inside she later tried to open the doors. Police were called. The next day I was getting ready with my groomsman for my wedding. We had left the door unlocked as there was 5 of us there waiting for the 6th to arrive before leaving for my wedding. The door opens and the exact same homeless lady walks in, starts yelling and refuses to leave. She threatened to hit one of my groomsman with another glass bottle. Police were again called. They put her in a drunk tank but informed me that she was known to them and would likely be back.

Great location! Beautiful place! Wonderful Host! Positive: The location was excellent! The place was handsome and clean. Despite the cold outside, it was very warm inside. The lounge and kitchen are spacious. The toilet separate from the shower was very much appreciated. The bed was large and comfortable. The host was kind, helpful, and accessible. Negative: There was some misunderstanding with the entry codes (two different ones received) that got resolved quickly. The ice on the stairs leading to the unit was never removed properly leading to risky entry and exit. The whole parking area was very icy and could have used professional snow and ice removal. These are all easy fixes. All in all, this was a very positive experience.

I loved this place. The photos don't do it justice. It's very spacious with 10 foot ceilings in the bedroom and cathedral ceiling in living room. I also appreciated that it was tastefully decorated without clutter. Great spot all around.
