We had a very pleasant 2 night stay at this cabin. It was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was the highlight of the stay. We really enjoyed here and would happily recommend to others!

It truly is an oasis. Only 10 minutes from amenities. Far enough from the road that you're very private without road noise. My only suggestion would be to have dry kindling and firewood for the guests for the first night, otherwise supplied by the guest. The Sussex Bluffs is a 5 minute drive away and was a wonderful suggestion for an hr hike that I enjoyed thoroughly. On rtn from the hike the hot tub was the icing on the cake, warm, clean and completely relaxing. The host and cleaning staff are very accommodating and quick to respond to any requests. A pleasant surprise was the small selection of condiments that were available. A little spice, oil and sauce never hurt anyone. The ladder to the loft was a little too steep for my middle of the night wanders. Therefore I slept in the rec room on the hide a bed which was quite comfortable with a 2 piece right next to it. Not that all would care however having Netflix and Prime for evening time was an asset in my books.Thank you Kara for your patience with me and being so understanding. Not being techy and you adjusting and texting especially during my travels was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend for a little slice of heaven.

Upon entering the cottage, it was nice and bright, clean. Nice loft with two beds was noted above entrance in kitchen. Kitchen was equipped with most everything extra you might need. The heat pump fan made noise. Bathroom with laundry facilities could be a plus for some people. Downstairs I found a nice rec room with comfortable couch that can open to a bed. Also a bathroom with sink and toilet. I came back up looking for the bedroom. Apparently the bedroom is above the entrance, what I called a loft because it’s a ladder to go up and down. The hot tub was nice. Well taken care of. It’s close to Sussex, easy to find location. It’s on a main road so there was the sound of traffic, not nature. There wasn’t any cellphone reception except for text. Therefore I missed all my calls regarding the balloon fiesta. The price was doubled the normal rate. . I was splurging because it was a bucket list weekend. Then the host extra fee was same as one night stay. So I paid a lot. I expected more.
